It's not a stretch to say that Russell Tanoue
(left), photographer to the stars, is one of Honolulu's favorite
people. Word online and on the street is that his pau hana birthday
party at Bonsai (you've got to RSVP) will be the place to be seen
Friday. And, because it's Russell, there's a good chance you'll be
bumping elbows with some of the many celebs and models who are his
fans. Oh, and it's a hat party, in honor of the man who wears so
